We take utmost care in providing you the best products. However, in case you have received a damaged product, a replacement of the product would be done. You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. Kavish Enterprise will accept the returned/exchanged product only if the product is damaged in delivery. The product should be returned with the original and in the original packing. You need to share the images, product name, of the damaged product that you have received and send it to solarcleaningbrush@gmail.com. Also, please ensure that you return the product in the original condition you had received it. Postage and shipping charges will not be refunded. Kavish Enterprise will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned.
