No Return Policy – Only Replacement Policy
The product is applicable for replacement if you’ve received them in a physically damaged condition, defective or any parts or accessories missing or different from their description on the page.
Replacement will be processed only if it is determined that the product is damaged or part missing.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect or change in size. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Cancellation
Kavish Enterprise reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock of the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
Order Dispatch Delay
If your order has not been dispatched within 3 working days, you may request a refund of the advance payment.
